This is an awful off putting system for someone simply trying to make an enquiry with a person/company advertised on the net!!?

I left a message on one of your numerous adverts? No one has come back to me so I try again. My gazebo top has rotted and I require a new one. I can send a drawing with full measurements, I can send photos with measurements or I can send/bring the old one for you to copy. Which is the best method for you?
